Download a hidden flash or video in a single step

In a complicated website containing a flash or video, it is very difficult to find the source file of flash to download via looking at HTML source.

There is  a simple way to download flash swf in Firefox.
1) Go to the website which embeds a flash.
2)  Right click on that page, select "view page info"
3) Click media, and find swf file in the list as following:

4) Click "save as" and the flash file will be saved to your local computer.
