There are two ways:
1) Go to this Google Gadget page. Choose the Display and Channel settings you want and click Get Code button. You are provide a line of code which will be used for your blog or webpage.
Copy and Paste the code where you desire in your blog.That's it.
2) Another way, go to the TV website, such as
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/wowtvnews
and copy the embed code. Below is the Chinese Toront TV show. （need to wait 60 seconds to buffer, only click the arrow, or another window will popup)
